BERA is Berachain's native gas and staking token used to pay transaction fees and secure validators. BERA tokens used for fees are burned, reducing supply. Validators stake BERA to participate in block production, contributing to chain security. The network also features BGT, a governance token earned through liquidity provision for influencing protocol decisions, and HONEY, a USD-pegged stablecoin for everyday transactions within the ecosystem.
