PLATFORM FUNCTION CONSUMPTION

• Token utilization within the PlaysOut platform includes activities such as purchases, NFT minting, synthesis, and various other interactions across the

PlaysOut ecosystem.

GAME FUNCTION CONSUMPTION

• $PLAY consumption within the PlaysOut platform's game products spans self-developed, incubated, and partnered games. This includes item purchases,

synthesis, and unlocking features across these products.

ADVERTISING SETTLEMENT CONSUMPTION

• $PLAY is utilized as one of the currencies for bidding, consumption, and revenue settlement on the PlaysOut advertising platform.

Token distribution

SEED ROUND: 10%, 6 months cliff (10% release at month 7) with 36 month linear vesting.

STRATEGIC ROUND: 7%, 9 months cliff (5% release at month 10) with 36 month linear vesting.

MARKETING AND COOPERATION: 15%, Vesting starts at TGE (20% release at the 1st month) with 36 month linear vesting.
