According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, U.S. Congressman Barry Moore, who has received endorsements from Trump and support from the crypto industry, emerged victorious in the Republican primary runoff for the Alabama federal Senate seat, defeating his opponent Jared Hudson.

The crypto industry Political Action Committee Fairshake contributed over $12 million to this election. After Barry Moore's victory, Fairshake released a statement saying that its "largest investment in this round of elections once again helped a candidate supporting innovation enter the Senate".

Fairshake also stated that the organization currently holds nearly $150 million in cash reserves and will continue to work towards establishing the "largest pro-crypto congressional group in history".
