Previously, Elliptic completed a $120 million Series D funding round led by One Peak in May this year, with participation from Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays.

Elliptic also announced that Circle has joined its "Agentic Design Partner Program," which brings together infrastructure providers, compliance domain experts, and technology teams to jointly develop compliance solutions for AI-agent scenarios.

Elliptic stated that Circle has been a client of Elliptic for many years and has expanded its compliance capabilities to a range of digital asset projects.
