BlockBeats News, July 17th: Ethereum researcher Leo Glisic released the "Privacy Guardians 2.0" proposal at a research forum. The proposal includes the use of Privacy Guardians as an alternative to enterprise-controlled on-chain payments, aiming to keep on-chain payments as private as possible while still being able to function on-chain.
The system consists of a private payment mechanism, insurance mechanism, honeypot and claiming process, exchange rate handling, liquidity pools, and metadata management, among other component interactions.
