BlockBeats News, August 7th - The latest survey by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in the United States shows that in July, Americans' overall expectations for the job market have improved, and their expectations for future inflation have also changed. Consumers' one-year inflation expectations have slightly decreased from 3.7% to 3.6%. Expectations for inflation over the next three and five years remain unchanged at 3.3% and 3%, respectively. The perceived probability of finding a new job by unemployed workers has risen to 46.2%, the highest this year. This increase is most significant among individuals with a high school education or below and households with an annual income of less than $50,000.

Consumers are more optimistic about the stock market, with the probability of stock prices rising one year from now reaching the highest level since April 2021 in this data series.
