Dynamic Beating AI News, Max For AI posted that the Thai government officially launched the national AI platform TH-AI Passport on August 31. The platform is free for Thai citizens aged 15 and above, with plans to onboard at least 5 million people. Less than two weeks after opening pre-registration, the number of applicants has exceeded 1.3 million.
Currently, TH-AI Passport has integrated 33 models from 15 vendors, including GPT-5.6 Sol, Claude Opus 5, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Grok 4.3, DeepSeek-V3.2, Kimi K2.7, and GLM-5.2, while also providing image and video models such as Veo, Seedance, Nano Banana, and GPT Image.
The platform adopts a "Learning-to-Quota" mechanism, where users complete courses and tasks provided by institutions like OpenAI, Microsoft, and Google. Upon accumulating 100 points, users can upgrade to the Creator level, receiving 10,000 points daily for around 20 to 50 chats, programming tasks, and reasoning exercises. Users can generate images, videos, music, and utilize Deep Research. Max For AI believes this project may be one of the largest national AI literacy experiments to date.
