With the increasing competition in the AI semiconductor field, SK Hynix stated that in the future, talent will be selected based on actual work capabilities and growth potential, rather than just academic background.

Prior to this change, SK Hynix's recruitment announcement stipulated that "applicants must have at least a four-year bachelor's degree" and other educational requirements. After removing these requirements, as long as an applicant's work experience, job skills, and alignment with the company culture meet the position's requirements, they can apply regardless of their educational background.
