The roundtable discussion will be open to the public, and the content of the discussion will be live-streamed on the SEC's website, with a video replay available afterward. This roundtable marks another step by the SEC, during Atkins' tenure, following the electronic delivery rules and the crypto regulatory framework, to further modernize the U.S. capital market infrastructure.
