BlockBeats News, August 5th, Bitcoin mining firm TeraWulf announced its Q2 2026 financial report, with a total revenue of $44.8 million. The high-performance computing leasing revenue was $31.9 million, accounting for approximately 71% of the total. The company's cash and restricted cash balance is around $3 billion, providing ample liquidity for ongoing projects and future expansion. Operationally, as of June 30th, Lake Mariner had 81 megawatts of revenue-generating key IT capacity. Following the delivery of CB-3 in early July, this capacity will increase to 102 megawatts, meeting the conditions to provide $600 million in credit support to Fluidstack for Google's leasing obligation. TeraWulf also disclosed several significant strategic developments: reaching a $19 billion leasing agreement with Anthropic through the Justified Park in Kentucky, acquiring the gigawatt-scale Muskie data center campus, signing a service and infrastructure agreement with the Kentucky Power Company for up to 1 gigawatt, further strengthening power resource reserves. Furthermore, the company agreed to sell Abernathy joint venture equity for approximately $530 million and reiterated its goal of locking in 250 to 500 megawatts of incremental key IT capacity annually. TeraWulf is undergoing a comprehensive transformation from a singular Bitcoin mining operation to an AI data center leasing-focused infrastructure platform.
