Neos owns nearly 24 options-based ETFs with approximately $32 billion in assets under management. Following the transaction, Goldman Sachs' ETF assets under management are expected to increase to around $1.3 trillion.

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that Goldman Sachs will gain control of Neos's $1 billion Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BTCI).
