Justin Sun had previously claimed that the court supported his position and described the outcome as a "major victory," but in fact, the court did not make any ruling.

Zach stated that Justin Sun packaged his "personal claims temporarily held in court" as a victory, but WLFI never requested to have his personal claims submitted to arbitration. The motion to dismiss filed by WLFI against these personal claims is still pending court decision. In other words, Justin Sun's claimed "court support" and "major victory" do not exist.
