BlockBeats News, August 21, New Korean Asset Management Company signed a four-party Memorandum of Understanding with Solana Foundation, Etherfuse, and Orca to jointly promote the concept validation of a Korean won-denominated tokenization fund.

The fund's structure is based on BlackRock's BUIDL Fund, where overseas institutional investors purchase the Korean Asset Management Company's Korean won ultra-short-term bond fund, and the holdings will be issued in tokenized form. The concept validation will cover KYC/AML framework, security audits, blockchain operations, compliance, and on-chain liquidity design.
