BlockBeats News, August 27th—Amazon (AMZN) and NVIDIA (NVDA) announced on Wednesday that Amazon will deploy approximately 2 million of NVIDIA's high-end chips in 2027 and 2028. These chips are designed specifically for training and running artificial intelligence models. Additionally, Amazon had previously announced in March of this year that it would begin installing 1 million NVIDIA chips in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers starting this year.

The chips involved in this latest deal include NVIDIA's Blackwell Ultra, Rubin, and Rubin Ultra GPUs. The unit price of these products is expected to be tens of thousands of dollars, but large customers can receive discounts.
