The European Central Bank has selected 36 payment service providers to participate in the digital euro project.
BlockBeats News, July 14th, the European Central Bank (ECB) has selected 36 payment service providers, including Deutsche Bank, UniCredit, and Revolut, to participate in a 12-month digital euro pilot project. The pilot is scheduled to launch in the second half of 2027, with the aim of issuing the digital euro for the first time in 2029.
