BlockBeats News, August 7th, BIP-110 supporter Dathon Ohm announced that the mandatory signaling for BIP-110 will commence approximately 290 blocks (about 48 hours) from now.
Miners are required to start signaling their readiness for BIP-110, or else their blocks will be considered invalid and rejected. It is recommended that miners and users upgrade to the Bitcoin Knots node and cease operating Bitcoin Core, as Core will become insecure after the start of mandatory signaling.
