BlockBeats News, August 21st, according to an official announcement from the self-hosted stablecoin digital bank AllScale, the platform has launched the AllScale CLI command-line tool, enabling one-click installation to complete stablecoin receipts, payments, and account reconciliation in the terminal.

On the receiving end, a single command can be used to send a detailed invoice to any valid email address, supporting USDT or USDC, with the recipient not needing to pre-register or establish a partnership. For payments, users only need to approve the spending limit once, including per-transaction limits, total budget, and validity period. Subsequently, scripts can run unattended. Each payment will create and fund a Claim Link, with the recipient not needing to provide a wallet address; this process is idempotent, and any tasks that fail midway will not result in duplicate payments.

Each command prints JSON to standard output and returns 13 documented exit codes. Scripts or AI agents can automatically branch based on this, eliminating the need for screenshot verification. AllScale stated that as long as an environment capable of running a shell is available, this CLI can be used. It is now available on npm under the package name @allscale/cli.
