BlockBeats News, May 8th, Coinbase's Chief Financial Officer Alesia Haas stated during this morning's earnings call: "Coinbase's USDC agreement (Note: referring to the distribution agreement with Circle) automatically renews every three years and is perpetually renewable. The agreement is non-terminable."
Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal also stated: "Fortunately, the contractual terms we have with Circle are already in place, and as Alesia Haas emphasized, these contracts auto-renew. We expect to continue our collaboration with Circle on the same terms in the future."
