BlockBeats News, June 2nd — Rand, the founder of the privacy protocol Zama, announced that the freeze on Zama's cUSDC contract has been lifted, and all systems have resumed normal operation. Previously, a U.S. court had ordered Circle to temporarily freeze a $12.5 million agreement where Zama held USDC without prior notice. The court has now deemed this freeze unreasonable and has lifted the temporary restraining order. The related cUSDC contract and assets have been fully restored. Rand stated that this incident has not affected the team's trust in USDC, and Zama still plans to launch the cUSDC product later this month.
