BlockBeats News, June 2nd, Asset management giant Franklin Templeton announced that it will integrate its BENJI tokenized money market fund and other tokenized products into MoonPay's on-chain trading platform, MoonPay Trade.

Through this collaboration, institutional users can leverage MoonPay's recently launched on-chain trading infrastructure to achieve seamless exchange between stablecoins such as USDC, USDT, and Franklin Templeton's tokenized money market funds, further enhancing on-chain cash management and asset allocation efficiency.

Both parties stated that this collaboration is expected to lay the foundation for a broader strategic partnership between Franklin Templeton and MoonPay. MoonPay pointed out that this signifies a further expansion of the company's business scope from cryptocurrency, fiat, and stablecoins to the realm of Real World Assets (RWA) tokenization. Additionally, this is one of the first key strategic moves since Caroline Pham, former Acting Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), joined as the CEO of MoonPay Institutional.
