BlockBeats News, July 25th, DeepSeek announced the suspension of its second-round financing and verbally informed some potential investors that it would not sign the investment agreement as expected.
This suspension is partly due to founder Wenfeng Liang's dissatisfaction with the online reports of his remarks to investors during the first financing transaction. DeepSeek may still choose to resume the transaction process later and has started preparations for an initial public offering, which could be filed for as early as this year.
