The round was led by Peak XV, with participation from Elefund, Opera Tech Ventures, and Unbound, among others. The new funds will be used to expand the broker's infrastructure for tokenized markets and AI-native financial services.

Alpaca has raised a total of $435 million, including a significant amount from Kraken's parent company Payward and BMO through debt financing.
