Ethena will invest in FalconX's Global Stablecoin Lending Facility in an overcollateralized manner as part of its institutional lending allocation. FalconX is able to expand its balance sheet, while Ethena benefits from FalconX's expertise in loan origination and collateralized lending, resulting in more favorable risk-adjusted terms compared to other channels.
