Yongping Duan's Q2 Portfolio Overview: Increased Position in Pinduoduo, Significantly Reduced Holdings in NVIDIA, Google, and Other Tech Stocks

Duan's H&H International Investment LLC submitted its 13F filing for the second quarter of 2026 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The report indicates that as of June 30th, H&H International Investment held a total of 18 stocks, with a 13F portfolio value of approximately $19.1 billion, slightly down from $20 billion at the end of the previous quarter.

Among the holdings, Apple remained the top holding with a value of about $7.84 billion, representing 41.05% of the portfolio; Berkshire Hathaway Class B followed in second place with a value of around $4.62 billion, accounting for 24.18%; Pinduoduo ranked third with a value of about $1.91 billion, making up 9.99%; Tesla and NVIDIA held the fourth and fifth positions respectively.

In terms of portfolio changes, Pinduoduo saw the largest increase in holdings by Duan in the second quarter. During the quarter, H&H International Investment added 5.2738 million shares of Pinduoduo, bringing the total to 25.0221 million shares, a 26.71% increase. By the end of the second quarter, Pinduoduo had become its third-largest holding, with a portfolio allocation of nearly 10%. Duan also reestablished a position in Alibaba during the second quarter. Data shows that he initiated a new position in Alibaba with 301.4 thousand shares, with an end-of-period value of around $28.93 million.

Duan continued to significantly reduce holdings in some tech giants. Apple saw a slight reduction of 1.8469 million shares in the second quarter, bringing the total to 27.0987 million shares, a decrease of 6.38%; NVIDIA was substantially reduced by 7.5631 million shares, a 54.63% decrease, with an end-of-period value of approximately $1.257 billion, reducing its portfolio allocation from 12.07% at the end of the first quarter to 6.58%, also moving from the third-largest holding in the first quarter to the fifth position. Class C shares of Google also experienced a substantial reduction. In the second quarter, H&H International Investment sold 1.7374 million shares of Google's Class C shares, a reduction of 46.88%, with an end-of-period value of about $696 million, reducing the portfolio allocation from 5.31% to 3.64%. Meanwhile, Microsoft was reduced by 25.78%, with holdings decreasing to 754.1 thousand shares. Additionally, Duan completely exited positions in TSMC, previously holding 151.2 thousand shares; and simultaneously exited the position in CrowdStrike, previously holding 40 thousand shares.
