One whale withdrew 3,101 ETH from Binance, worth $7.08 million; another whale allegedly bought 3,092 ETH off-exchange from Galaxy Digital, worth $7.05 million; and an address starting with 0x695 bought 1,044 ETH on-chain via Cowswap, worth $2.39 million.
