Insight Beating AI News Flash: Sources revealed that the dark side of the moon is in talks with Microsoft, Amazon, and Google regarding a revenue-sharing agreement to allow the three U.S. cloud computing giants to host its Kimi K3 model.

Sources stated that the dark side of the moon is seeking up to a 30% share of the revenue generated from Kimi K3-related services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, a term that is similar to the conditions it has proposed to large customers using the open-weight model. Currently, the dark side of the moon has signed similar agreements with some smaller-scale cloud platforms.

If the negotiations are successful, this agreement could become the first significant model revenue-sharing partnership between a Chinese AI company and major U.S. cloud computing firms. Meanwhile, Alibaba is also seeking to establish a revenue-sharing mechanism with key users of its new open-source AI model.
