Deposit Guidelines
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Deposit] under [Assets] in the top-right corner.
2. Enter the deposit page, select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, and you will see the supported network and contract address.
Taking USDT as an example, CoinEx supports multiple networks, including BSC, TRON, and Ethereum.
Note:
- The selected network determines the minimum deposit amount, the confirmations of deposit arrival, and the confirmations required for withdrawal, all of which may vary.
- The contract addresses for cryptocurrency on different networks are also different (you can click on the last digits of the contract address to view detailed information about the token).
Before making a deposit, please confirm:
(1) The selected network for the deposit matches from both CoinEx and the sending platform.
(2) The contract address of the coin/token on the sending platform matches the contract address displayed on the CoinEx deposit page.
(3) Ensure that the deposit amount is greater than or equal to the minimum deposit amount.
If the selected network is inconsistent, the contract addresses for the deposit token do not match, or the deposit amount is below the minimum deposit amount, the deposit will not be credited, which may result in asset loss.
For example, if you choose the BSC network when depositing USDT on CoinEx, you must also use the BSC network for withdrawal on the sending platform, and confirm that the USDT contract address on the sending platform matches the one on the CoinEx deposit page.
