Why Freeze My Account?
If you notice unauthorized access to your CoinEx account, such as "logging in from a different location" or other security issues, you can freeze your account to immediately protect it. When your account is frozen, the following will occur:
1. All trading, withdrawal, and login functions will be disabled.
2. All API keys associated with this account will be deleted.
3. All pending withdrawals will be canceled.
4. All pending orders will be canceled.
How to Freeze My Account?
1. Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and choose the following methods to freeze your account:
Method 1: Visit CoinEx Help Center, and click [Freeze Account] under [Self Services].
Method 2: Select [Security Settings] from the dropdown menu of the avatar in the top-right corner. On the new page, scroll down to "Account Management" under "Advanced Settings", then click [Freeze].
2. Read the reminder carefully, select a reason for freezing your account, and check the disclaimer box. Then click [Freeze Account].
Note: Once your account is frozen, you will be logged out of all devices.
How to Unfreeze My Account?
Method 1: Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), enter CoinEx Help Center, and click [Unfreeze Account] under [Self Services].
Method 2: If you’ve forgotten your login password, please submit a ticket to contact us.
