With the deposit or withdrawal function, you can transfer crypto assets between your CoinEx account and other wallets or platforms.
How to Deposit Cryptos to CoinEx?
1. Visit CoinEx's official website (http://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and click [Assets] > [Deposit] in the upper right corner.
2. Take USDT-TRC20 as an example:
(1) Select Token [USDT];
(2) Select Network [TRC20];
(3) Fill in the receiving address on your sending platform by [Copy Address] or [Scan QR Code], and submit a withdrawal.
(4) After the withdrawal is successful, wait for the USDT deposit to be credited to your CoinEx account.
3. Once the deposit is credited, you may check your balance in [Spot Account].
Notes for Deposit:
1. For tag-required tokens/coins deposits (EOS, XLM, LUNA, etc.), you must fill in both the deposit address and the memo/tag. If you send cryptos without the correct memo/tag, your deposit will NOT be credited.
2. There is a minimum deposit requirement for each crypto. Any deposit less than the minimum amount will NOT be credited. Please refer to What Should I Do if I Deposit Less Than the Minimum Deposit Amount for more details.
3. CoinEx also sets requirements for deposit and withdrawal confirmation numbers. Deposits that do not meet these confirmation thresholds will not be credited or withdrawn. Please read the notes on the right side of the deposit page carefully before proceeding.
How to Withdraw Cryptos from CoinEx?
1. Visit CoinEx's official website (http://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Assets] - [Withdraw] in the upper right corner.
2. Take USDT-TRC20 Normal Transfer as an example:
(1) Select token [USDT];
(2) Click [Normal Transfer];
(3) Select Network [TRC20];
(4) Enter the Withdrawal Address;
(5) Enter Receive Amount (Note: The amount entered does not account for withdrawal fees, so the actual amount received may be less);
(6) Double-check withdrawal details and click [Withdraw].
3. Enter the withdrawal password (if any), and depending on the 2FA settings, input the “SMS / TOTP verification code” or use the “passkey” for verification.
4. Upon successful verification, you will be redirected to the [Withdrawal Detail] page. CoinEx will send a Withdrawal Confirmation Email to your registered email. If you fail to receive it, please click [Resend Email].
Confirm the “Receive Amount”, “Withdrawal Address”, and "Network” on the [Withdraw Detail] page, then click [Reconfirm] in the email.
Notes:
(1) For account security, the withdrawal confirmation is valid for ONLY 30 minutes.
(2) If the withdrawal email is not confirmed within 24 hours after initiating the withdrawal, the transaction will be automatically canceled, and your account balance will not be deducted.
(3) If the withdrawal was not initiated by you, change your password or freeze your account immediately and submit a ticket to contact us.
5. After double-checking the withdrawal details on the [Withdrawal Confirmation] page, click [Approve] to initiate the withdrawal.
6. You may check the status on the [Withdrawal Records] page. Once the withdrawal is sent, you will receive an email notification from CoinEx on the Approved Withdrawal Request. Please check the receiving platform for the credited amount.
Notes: If the withdrawal email is not confirmed within 24 hours after initiating the withdrawal, the transaction will be automatically canceled, and your account balance will not be deducted.
Notes for Withdrawal:
1. You can easily transfer assets to another CoinEx account with zero fees and real-time processing using [Inter-User Transfer].
2. Please confirm that the network you select on CoinEx is the SAME as that on the receiving platform to avoid unnecessary loss.
3. When withdrawing tag-required tokens, please check with the recipient whether a memo/tag is needed to prevent asset loss.
4. Normal transfers require confirmation through the blockchain network, and the arrival time depends on the required confirmations on the receiving platforms.
5. If the withdrawal shows as “completed”, but the receiving platform hasn’t credited it, please contact their customer support for assistance.
